Christine Tilley received her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Massachusetts and her Master of Science in Education with certification in Severe Special Needs from Simmons College in Boston, MA. Christine first trained at the Wisconsin Early Autism Project in Madison, WI and spent the last four years prior to her move to New Orleans at The New England Center for Children in Southborough, MA.
After relocating to New Orleans from Boston in 2008, Christine established Creating New Connections LLC in early 2009 in response to the lack of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy options available in the area.
Christine is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and has over eleven years of experience working with children with autism spectrum disorders in both home-based and center-based early intervention programs. Over those eleven years she has worked with more than 60 students using the techniques of ABA in home, school and community settings.
CNC believes that every child deserves a calm, structured, and supportive learning environment. Our goal is to help children with autism spectrum disorders and their families in all aspects of daily life, including social interaction and education. We aim to provide families, educators, and caregivers with the tools to assist each child in developing appropriate behaviors and skills, while motivating the child to transfer these newfound skills to the home and other environments.
If you are interested in speaking with families that Christine has worked with, please contact us and we will be happy to provide references.
