CNC one-to-one session hourly rates apply to the following: therapy (any time spent with the child in an ABA session), family consultation (meetings with family or therapy team to review your child’s program; includes in person, phone or e-mail consultations), programming (creating a written plan for your child’s ABA program and regular interval reporting on your child’s progress), videotaping sessions (therapists are videotaped for review by consultants; time spent viewing and preparing suggestions will be charged), and travel (travel to/from your home or meeting location).

CNC social skills group rates include consultation, curriculum development, progress reports and materials.

Please note: If CNC becomes an in-network provider for your insurance company, rates for insurance pay may change according to the rate agreement between CNC and the insurance company. CNC will continue to keep you updated on these changes.

CNC requires prepayment of the six-week Social Skills classes. Payments must be received on the day of the first session of the package. CNC will bill monthly for one-to-one sessions and requires payments to be received within 10 days of the date the invoice is submitted. Payments can be made by cash, check or PayPal via the website (www.creatingnewconnections.com). A late payment fee will be assessed at 10% of the payment balance.

Please make sure to speak to your provider to ensure your health plan includes coverage for ABA services and to request a copy of the insurer’s policy on autism coverage. If your insurance provider does not cover ABA therapy, please let us know and we will work with you to create a payment plan.

CNC requires twenty-four hour notice for cancellations. If notice is not provided, the full session amount will be charged.
