Christine Tilley, M.S.Ed., LBA, BCBA
Christine received her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Massachusetts and her Master of Science in Education with initial certification in Severe Special Needs from Simmons College in Boston, MA. Christine first trained at the Wisconsin Early Autism Project in Madison, WI and spent the four years prior to her move to New Orleans at The New England Center for Children in Southborough, MA.
After relocating to New Orleans from Boston in 2008, Christine established Creating New Connections LLC in early 2009 in response to the lack of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy options available in the area.
Christine is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and has over 17 years of experience working with children and adolescents with autism spectrum disorders in home-based, clinic and school settings.
Elesha Horton M.S.Ed., LBA, BCBA
Elesha received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology with a minor in Human Diversity from Henderson State University in Arkadelphia, AR. After relocating to New York, NY, Elesha obtained her Masters of Science in Education from Hunter College where she became dually certified to teach both early childhood general education and early childhood special education birth through age 6. Beginning in 2008, Elesha received intensive training in Applied Behavior Analysis during her employment at the New York Center for Infants and Toddlers where she worked as an ABA home and community-based therapist providing 1:1 applied behavior analysis services and training to young children with autism and their families.
Elesha has extensive experience working with children with ASD and other related developmental disabilities in a variety of settings including clinical and school-based in addition to her work in home and community-based settings. Elesha joined the CNC team in early 2016.
